1. This is a correction to message 2105405, dated 4/15/2022, to correct the header of that message. 2. The header of message 2105405 contains an incorrect "FR Date" and an incorrect "Effective Date." Both dates should be 04/08/2022. The header of this message contains the correct information. The body of the message remains unchanged and is contained below for your convenience. 3. Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 20817) on 04/08/2022 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel racks and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 03/04/2019 through 08/31/2020. 4. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/08/2022, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Jiangsu Nova Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-088-045 Cash deposit rate: 14.03% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that this exporter is eligible for its own separate rate.
