1. On 01/19/2022, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether certain printing canvas imported by Brand Management Group, LLC and described on the commercial invoice as "HP Recycled Satin Canvas" (printing canvas) is covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain artist canvas (artist canvas) from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-899). See message 2032415. 2. On 03/22/2022, Commerce rescinded the scope inquiry of the antidumping duty order on artist canvas from China (A-570-899). 3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of printing canvas from China that are subject to the antidumping duty order on artist canvas from China at the applicable rate(s) in effect on the date of entry until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 5.
