COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (77 FR 20357) ON 04/04/2012 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ITS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF A CERTAIN MANUFACTURER/EXPORTER SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILM, SHEET, AND STRIP FROM THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES FOR THE PERIOD 11/01/2009 THROUGH 10/31/2010. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE FOLLOWING COMPANY. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILM, SHEET, AND STRIP FROM THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 04/04/2012, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE AND AS LISTED BELOW.
