For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide rate of 2.39 dollars per kilogram. C. For all non-Vietnamese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Vietnamese exporter that supplied that non-Vietnamese exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
