1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (87 FR 13701) on 03/10/2022 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period 08/01/2019 through 07/31/2020. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of finished carbon steel flanges from India produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/10/2022, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: R. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
