AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN EXPORTERS. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF PET FILM FROM THE PRC ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 11/01/2009, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE EXPORTERS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAIL TABLE APPENDED TO THIS MESSAGE.
