1. On 01/19/2022, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether certain printing canvas imported by Brand Management Group, LLC and described on the commercial invoice as "HP Recycled Satin Canvas" is covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain artist canvas from the People's Republic of China (China) (A570-899). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain printing canvas imported by Brand Management Group, LLC and described on the commercial invoice as "HP Recycled Satin Canvas" that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain artist canvas from China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
