1. On 01/25/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 3772) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of granular PTFE resin from India (A-533-899). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 1056406, dated 02/25/2021. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-533-899. 4. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for all imports of granular PTFE resin from India, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments of granular PTFE resin from India that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/04/2021, which is 90 days prior to the date of the Federal Register publication of the preliminary determination (86 FR 49299). See message 1245407, dated 09/02/2021. Effective 01/25/2022, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited Case number: A-533-899-001 Cash deposit rate: 13.09% All Others Case Number: A-533-899-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 13.09% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 13.09 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 6.
