1. On 01/11/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 1395) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper) from Brazil (A-351-842). 2. Commerce determined that Sylvamo do Brasil Ltda. is the successor-in-interest to International Paper do Brazil Ltda., and that Sylvamo Exports Ltda. is the successor-in-interest to International Paper Exportadora Ltda. Given that Commerce previously determined that International Paper do Brazil Ltda. and International Paper Exportadora Ltda. constituted a single entity, and treated them as such (see 81 FR 3115; see also message #1110406), Commerce is similarly treating Sylvamo do Brasil Ltda. and Sylvamo Exports Ltda. as a single entity for cash deposit purposes. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of uncoated paper from Brazil which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/11/2022, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer/Exporter: Sylvamo do Brasil Ltda and Sylvamo Exports Ltda Case number: A-351-842-003 Cash deposit rate: 20.80% 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
