If the Chinese or non-Chinese exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 59.72 percent. C. For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
