COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (76 FR 76945) ON 12/09/2011 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CERTAIN EXPORTERS SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON PURE MAGNESIUM FROM THE PRC FOR THE PERIOD 05/01/2009 THROUGH 04/30/2010. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN EXPORTERS. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF PURE MAGNESIUM FROM THE PRC ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 05/01/2009, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE FOLLOWING EXPORTERS: EXPORTER: TIANJIN MAGNESIUM INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. (“TMI”) CASE NUMBER: A-570-832-002 CASH DEPOSIT RATE: 0% 3. IF ANY ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE EXPORTERS LISTED ABOVE, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY: A.
