COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (76 FR 72676) ON 11/25/2011 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ITS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF A CERTAIN MANUFACTURER/EXPORTER SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILM, SHEET, AND STRIP FROM BRAZIL FOR THE PERIOD 11/01/2009 THROUGH 10/31/2010. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE HAS BEEN REVISED FOR A CERTAIN COMPANY. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILM, SHEET, AND STRIP FROM BRAZIL ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 11/25/2011, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE AND AS LISTED BELOW.
