SEE MESSAGE 1279305 DATED 10/06/2011. 2. ON 11/16/2011 (76 FR 70965), COMMERCE PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER THE CORRECTION TO THE AMENDED FINAL RESULTS OF ITS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON POLYETHYLENE RETAIL CARRIER BAGS FROM THAILAND (A-549-821). SEE MESSAGE 1322314 DATED 11/18/2011. 3. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S CORRECTION TO THE AMENDED FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN COMPANIES. THEREFORE, CBP IS AUTHORIZED TO COLLECT THE DIFFERENCE IN CASH DEPOSITS FOR ENTRIES OF POLYETHYLENE RETAIL CARRIER BAGS FROM THAILAND (A-549-821) PRODUCED AND/OR EXPORTED BY THE ENTITIES LISTED IN PARAGRAPH 4 FROM 09/28/2011 THROUGH 11/15/2011.
