THIS AMENDMENT WAS PUBLISHED ON 11/03/2011 IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (76 FR 68137) AND CHANGES THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE FOR MANUFACTURERS/EXPORTERS AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE. 2. FOR SHIPMENTS OF POLYETHYLENE RETAIL CARRIER BAGS FROM THAILAND ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 09/28/2011, THE AMENDED CASH DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT IS AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE. 3.
