ON 10/24/2011, THE U.S. COURT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE ISSUED A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ENJOINING LIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON DIAMOND SAWBLADES AND PARTS THEREOF FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA (A-580-855) ON OR AFTER 01/23/2009. 2. THIS INJUNCTION WAS ISSUED IN CONNECTION WITH COURT CASE NUMBER 06-00248 AND ENJOINS LIQUIDATION OF THE ENTRIES DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH 4 BELOW. 3. THE TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER IMPLEMENTED IN MESSAGE NUMBER 1293301, DATED 10/20/2011, EXPIRES 11/03/2011. 4. ACCORDINGLY, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DO NOT LIQUIDATE ENTRIES OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO THE FINAL RESULTS OF THE LESS-THAN-FAIR-VALUE INVESTIGATION PUBLISHED AT DIAMOND SAWBLADES AND PARTS THEREOF FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 71 FR 29310 (MAY 22, 2006), AND WHICH WERE ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 01/23/2009. ANY ENTRIES THAT ARE SET FOR LIQUIDATION MUST BE UNSET IMMEDIATELY (INCLUDING ENTRIES COVERED BY MESSAGE 1020304 DATED 01/20/2011). CONTINUE TO SUSPEND LIQUIDATION OF THESE ENTRIES UNTIL LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE ISSUED. 5. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, CBP IS INSTRUCTED TO PREVENT LIQUIDATION OF ANY ENTRIES SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE. 6.
