ACCORDINGLY, FOR SHIPMENTS OF PNEUMATIC OFF-THE-ROAD TIRES FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 04/26/2011, YOU SHALL COLLECT A CASH DEPOSIT OF ESTIMATED COUNTERVAILING DUTIES AT THE FOLLOWING PERCENTAGES OF THE ENTERED VALUE PRICE: MANUFACTURER/EXPORTER: HEBEI STARBRIGHT TIRE CO., LTD.
