THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (75 FR 63806) ON 10/18/2010 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CERTAIN EXPORTERS SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING ORDER ON CERTAIN TISSUE PAPER PRODUCTS FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (PRC) (A-570-894) FOR THE PERIOD 03/01/2008 THROUGH 02/28/2009. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN EXPORTERS. THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT RATES FOR SHIPMENTS OF CERTAIN TISSUE PAPER PRODUCTS FROM THE PRC ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 10/18/2010, FOR THESE EXPORTERS ARE INDICATED IN THE TABLE ATTACHED TO THIS MESSAGE. 3. IF ANY ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE EXPORTERS LISTED ABOVE, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY: A. IF THE PRC OR NON-PRC EXPORTER OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE HAS ITS OWN RATE, USE THE APPLICABLE EXPORTER'S RATE FOR DETERMINING THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE. B. FOR ALL PRC EXPORTERS OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE, WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ASSIGNED TO A SEPARATE RATE, THE CASH- DEPOSIT RATE WILL BE THE PRC-WIDE RATE OF 112.64 PERCENT. C.
