(C-570-923-003). 2. THE NOTICE OF RESCISSION FOR THIS REVIEW WAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON AUGUST 27, 2010 (75 FR 52721). 3. FOR SHIPMENTS OF RAW FLEXIBLE MAGNETS FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION IN THE UNITED STATES ON OR AFTER AUGUST 27, 2010, A CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR SHIPMENTS PRODUCED AND EXPORTED BY JINGZHOU MEIHOU FLEXIBLE MAGNET COMPANY, LTD.
