1. On 05/22/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain glass containers from the People's Republic of China (85 FR 31141). 2. The products covered by this investigation (subject merchandise) are described in message 9296305, dated 10/23/2019. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-570-115. 4. Cash Deposit Requirements 4a. CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of shipments of subject merchandise from the companies below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/2/2020 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination).
