THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (75 FR 24880) ON 05/06/2010 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CERTAIN EXPORTERS SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING ORDER ON HONEY FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (“PRC”) FOR THE PERIOD 12/01/2007 THROUGH 11/30/2008. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN EXPORTERS. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF HONEY FROM THE PRC ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 05/06/2010, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE FOLLOWING EXPORTERS: EXPORTER: PRC-WIDE ENTITY CASE NUMBER A-570-863-000 CASH DEPOSIT RATE: 2.63 USD/KG 3. IF ANY ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE EXPORTERS LISTED ABOVE, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY: A. IF THE PRC OR NON-PRC EXPORTER OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE HAS ITS OWN RATE, USE THE APPLICABLE EXPORTER'S RATE FOR DETERMINING THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE. B.
