1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (85 FR 21827) on 04/20/2020 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on large power transformers from the Republic of Korea for the period 08/01/2017 through 07/31/2018. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of large power transformers from the Republic of Korea produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/20/2020, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: ILJIN Case number: A-580-867-003 Cash deposit rate: 37.42% Producer and/or Exporter: ILJIN Electric Co., Ltd. Case number: A-580-867-004 Cash deposit rate: 37.42% Producer and/or Exporter: Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co., Ltd. Case number: A-580-867-006 Cash deposit rate: 60.81% Note: Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., (A-580-867-002). See 83 FR 45094 and Message 8256301. Therefore, the case number for Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., A-580-867-002, has been deactivated. Future entries should come in under case number A-580-867-006. Producer and/or Exporter: Hyosung Heavy Industries Corporation Case number: A-580-867-007 Cash deposit rate: 37.42% Note: Hyosung Heavy Industries Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Hyosung Corporation. See 84 FR 16461 and Message 9123303. Per Message 9123303, the case number for Hyosung Corporation, A-580-867-001, has been deactivated. Future entries should come in under case number A-580-867-007. 3. If any entries of merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the exporter's rate to determine the cash deposit rate. B. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. C. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 4. For all producers/exporters of large power transformers from the Republic of Korea without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 22.00 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
