1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (85 FR 9735) on 02/20/2020 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 09/01/2017 through 08/31/2018. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/20/2020 (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit for certain exporters is detailed below: Exporter: RHI Refractories Liaoning Co., Ltd. Case number: A- 570-954-001 Cash deposit rate: 236.00% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that this company is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity. Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter case number: A-570-954-001. Effective 02/20/2020 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter should be entered under A-570-954-000. As a result of this review, Commerce determined that the following companies are not eligible for a separate rate and continue to be part of the country-wide entity. Exporter: Liaoning Zhongmei High Temperature Material Co., Ltd Exporter: Liaoning Zhongmei Holding Co., Ltd Exporter: Shenglong Refractories Co., Ltd Exporter: Yingkou Heping Samwha Minerals, Co., Ltd Exporter: Yingkou Heping Sanhua Materials Co., Ltd 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the China or non-China exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 236.00 percent. C. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
