1. This message supplements message 9325305, dated 11/21/2019, to reflect corrections to the underlying preliminary determination, as addressed in paragraph 4 of that message. 2. On 11/14/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register (84 FR 61877) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and the postponement of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of ceramic tile from the People's Republic of China (China). Message 9325305, dated 11/21/2019 reflects that determination. On 12/13/2019, Commerce published a notice of correction to the preliminary affirmative determination (84 FR 68114) in the Federal Register. The corrections listed in the preliminary determination are discussed below in paragraph 5. 3. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 9148307, dated 05/28/2019. 4. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-570-108. 5. A. In the amended preliminary determination (84 FR 68114, 12/13/2019) Commerce made clear that Beilitai (Tianjin) Tile Co., Ltd. is a part of the single entity that includes Belite Ceramics (Anyang) Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Honghui Creative Technology Co., Ltd. Therefore, effective 11/14/2019, entries from Belite Ceramics (Anyang) Co., Ltd.; Beilitai (Tianjin) Tile Co., Ltd.; Tianjin Honghui Creative Technology Co., Ltd. should be made under case number A-570-108-001. In addition, we deactivated the individual case numbers for Belite Ceramics (Anyang) Co., Ltd. (A-570-108-029), Beilitai (Tianjin) Tile Co., Ltd. (A-570-108-030), and Tianjin Honghui Creative Technology Co., Ltd. (A-570-108-031). Effective 11/14/2019, CBP shall require, for entries of ceramic tile from China from the single entity exporter/producer combination listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty cash deposit shown below: Exporter: Belite Ceramics (Anyang) Co., Ltd.; Beilitai (Tianjin) Tile Co., Ltd.; Tianjin Honghui Creative Technology Co., Ltd.
